SlideRocket typically works with all remote control brands which emulate key clicks. There are unfortunately a couple gotchas to keep in mind when choosing how to give your presentations. Here are some known issues and tips for success:

* We always recommend using the Offline player to playback your presentations. We have found all remote controls work when using this option.
* When presenting online we recommend clicking on the presentation once, selecting the option and then using the remote control to advance the presentation.
* Unfortunately, due to Adobe Flash limitations today playing a presentation using SlideRocket's Full Screen option won't work with any remote controls. Instead try using the F11 key on IE / Firefox to expand your browser to its full viewing size.
* Playing a presentation from a Remote Meeting, or using the Invite link has some known issues. Today the remote control does not advance past any builds. We are working hard on improvements and fixes to solve these issues.
* Be sure to have the most up to date version of Flash. If you need to install Flash 10 click here.
