This error is also happenign to me when I attempt to isert images. I decided to deo the whole thing on ppt and convert it to sliderocket instead but #2038 still comes up!
Getting desperate any help would be appreciated,
Stacey

Hi Stacey, Thank you for emailing us this PowerPoint. Most commonly this issue is caused by a firewall blocking SlideRocket. We can continue working on this in your support ticket.

I have repeated errors with the same response #2038.
I find that any/all presentations with graphic imports from Smartdraw will trigger this response, fail to load or randomly spread all the graphics throughout my presentation, rendering them useless or at the very least requiring significant re-editing time.
Any update on when/how this common and consistent error is to be resolved?

Hi Tony, what file format are teh Smartdraw images in?
This isn't a common occurance. It would help to have the images so we can test them in our labs here.

The Smartdraw images are .jpg or .png
I have no oversight on other but if it happens to me each and every time, then it is a common occurance.
More than happy to send the file/s. Where do I send them to?

From here click on Submit a Request or email them to support at sliderocket dot com.

I experienced the same issue. Based on comments here, I disabled my firewall temporarily. The file then uploaded without an error.

Hi David, We had a slight issue with the import tool that is now resolved. Please refresh your browser and try again.

I have the same error message when trying to export presentation to standalong file (both for Windows and Mac)

We've recently found for some #2038 errors upgrading your Flash resolves the issue.
